Semi-private personal training gives you the guidance, encouragement and direction of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one sessions.

Limited to 6 people or less, you get individualized attention. That makes sure you get the fastest, best results from your exercises.

This means you see the changes you want quickly plus you avoid injuries and mistakes that hurt so many people.

You’ll  train safely and effectively so you get the best results in the shortest time possible.  We never sacrifice good form and safety for heavy weights or exercises that aren’t right for you.

You get total body toning and conditioning using our proven techniques so you see and feel results quickly.  You may be using bands, medicine balls, weights, sliders, balance devices, bodyweight, rollers and some tools you’ve never even thought of to gently force your body to look it’s best.

Fast results without the dreaded “plateau

By varying the training tools your body is consistently challenged. That means fast results without the dreaded “plateau”.  You may know what I mean.  Have you ever been working out really hard and not seeing results?  Frustrating isn’t it?

Class meets for 30 or 45 minutes.  You’ll be amazed how quickly it goes and happy with the way you feel.

 Attend sessions that fit YOUR schedule

Training sessions meet on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.  You can come to one session a week or like many members, sign up to attend several classes each week.

Class times are 4:15, 5:30 and 6pm.  When you sign up you’ll lock in your time for the 4 week session.

You’ll save 145$ every month compared to one-on-one training

This investment in your health is only 40$ for four sessions.   Your semi-private personal training program gives you over 3 hours of instruction.  That saves you $145 a month versus private training.

After your 4 weeks are completed

  • You get  first option on that same time for the next four weeks
  • You can re-up or give up your training slot
  • No long-term commitment is required but most people do continue month after month.
